"Fashion Police" critic Giuliana Rancic caught in a social media firestorm with many of Hollywood's biggest names

 

 

Social media fights and high nights filled the week of celebrity news. But one theme that reigned supreme was forgiveness, thanks to an eloquent 18-year-old actress. Zendaya Coleman. Actually her hair was at the center of a racial discussion after "Fashion Police" critic Giuliana Rancic said of the actress' Oscar look that she looked as if she smelled of "patchouli oil" and "weed." Giuliana was caught in a social media firestorm with many of Hollywood's biggest names backing the young actress. Giuliana apologized (once on Twitter and another time on the air) and Zendaya graciously accepted the next day. It got ugly for a few days, though.
