Having the Soundest Sleep





Adjusting your sleep position can help prevent pain and other problems from keeping you up at night.

 With back pain problems,
Sleep on your back. This position relieves aches from arthritis or spinal stenosis (narrowing of spinal column).

Do you snore or have sleep apnea?
Sleep on your side. This will prevent your tongue from obstructing your airway.
